Job Responsibilities
This role is resposible for Handling high level accounting functions of foreign clients, managing a team as and when required and preparing reports on team performance.
Job responsibilities include the below,
- Preparing monthly management accounts, including profit & loss statements by sites/region.
- Prepare and post journal entries, including Bank Journals, month-end & year-end adjustments.
- Perform reconciliations (bank and credit card), accruals, prepayments, AR & other balance sheet reconciliations.
- Will be involved in investigating variances as well.
- ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP and reporting tools Tableau, Power BI will be utilized.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and audit requirements.
Person Specifications
- A person that possesses a Bachelor's degree or Professional Qualification in related field from a recognized Institute.
- More than 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Experience in Management Accounting is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- A person that has strong client management skills.
- Previous exposure with foreign clients/stakeholders is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage SLAs and timelines.
- Willingness to work for the UK Time (12:30 - 9:30 PM) and Calendar.
