Team Lead - Information Technology

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for business applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and system availability.
• Manage application access, upgrades, deployments, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, ISO 27001 standards, and support vulnerability remediation activities.
• Maintain system documentation, audit records, and operational procedures.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure SLA compliance, renewals, and service delivery.
• Support IT procurement activities and evaluation of new technologies.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Participate in infrastructure, application, automation, and digital transformation projects.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and cost efficiency.

Person Specifications

• Possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Has 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud administration, and application support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), firewalls, SD-WAN, and endpoint management solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and coordinating with external vendors.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
