Job Responsibilities
- Ensure outsourced work scopes are transitioned according to Infomate laid out procedure
- Develop and maintain KPI for the client delivery
- Maintaining good client relationships
- Optimize and develop staff performance
Person Specifications
- Strong Accounting, Month End Finalization & Team Management Skills
- 6+ years relevant work experience in Finance and Accounting with prior experience in the BPO Sector
- Completed/ Following a relevant degree program or a professional qualification in Finance/ Accounting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
- Good knowledge and experience in Advanced Excel with analytical skills
- Willingness to work for the Australian Time (6.30am to 3.00pm) and Calendar
