Job Responsibilities
- Conduct Monthly Balance Sheet Reviews and ensure GL Accounts are Reconciled and Cleared on a Timely Basis.
- Ensure Monthly accounts and Statutory Year-End-Accounts are completed accurately and within Group Deadlines.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of Management Reports in line with the Group Reporting Calendar, including any ad-hoc reporting requirements.
- Ensure Monthly Bank Reconciliations are Completed, Reviewed, and Signed off within the required timelines.
- Ensure Compliance with applicable Tax Regulations, including Timely Submission of Tax Returns, Payment of Taxes, and prompt responses to IRD Queries and information requests.
- Ensure all Regulatory and Statutory Compliance requirements are met while adhering to Group Policies and Procedures.
- Coordinate and Support Internal and External Audits, ensuring Timely Completion and Resolution of Audit Requirements.
- Guide and Support the AR and AP Teams in achieving their respective Functional Objectives and Meeting Agreed Timelines.
Person Specifications
- 4+ years of work experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Exposure to SAP will be an added advantage.
- Completed or following a relevant Degree Program or a Professional Qualification.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
- Good knowledge and experience in Advanced Excel with analytical skills.
