Senior Executive/ Executive - Finance & Compliance
Lanka Marine Services (Pvt) Ltd (LMS) is the leading bunker supplier in Sri Lanka with expertise in the bunker industry for over two decades. It operates in all the major Sea Ports in Sri Lanka and has a strong network with many International suppliers/brokers. It is also the Principal stockist and delivery agent of Marine lubricants in Sri Lanka for International Oil majors.
Job Responsibilities
- Data collection and updating sustainability report quarterly.
- Preparation of Product Costings.
- Identify the risk to the company, update the company’s risk registry and carryout risk review meetings quarterly.
- Carryout quarterly operations and finance compliance.
- Preparation of customer credit reports collating information from customers and provide to Marketing Department on request.
- Perform credit review meetings to higher management evaluating customers’ financial and non-financial information.
- Provide daily updates to top management on the changes of customers’ credit worthiness.
Person Specifications
- Part qualification in CIMA / ACCA /CA /CMA.
- Sound knowledge of finance principles.
- 2 years or more experience at similar capacity would be added advantage.
- Fluency in oral and written English
- Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge ins SAP would be added advantage.
