What you need to do
- Serve as the Key Account Manager for selected strategic clients, ensuring value creation and service excellence.
- Develop and implement business solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Monitor operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with operations teams.
- Lead monthly performance review meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to track progress, address gaps, and align expectations.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure complete accuracy of data for effective decision-making.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations, with hands-on exposure.
- Proven expertise in data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong forecasting and planning skills, with the ability to apply data-driven models for business planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across departments.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and enhance processes, fostering innovation and efficiency under tight deadlines.
- Quick learner with strong adaptability to new industries and operational environments.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to present insights effectively.
