Assistant Manager - Sales & Reservations

Job Responsibilities

This role is pivotal in driving sales for both scheduled and charter flights through various offline channels, including partnerships with foreign tour operators, local inbound agents, hotels and resorts, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting specific sales targets, heading the Reservations unit, and meticulously planning seasonal flight schedules. Daily collaboration with the Flight Operations team will be essential in finalizing the operational flight plan, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

Person Specifications

The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with at least 5 years of experience in sales and reservations, preferably in the airline industry. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential. Experience in managing a reservations team, driving sales through offline channels, and coordinating with flight operations teams is required.
