Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Drive process excellence and digital transformation by leveraging tools such as Power BI and Tableau to design and implement dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct detailed data analysis of transportation and warehouse operations, covering revenue, costs, route performance, fuel consumption, delivery times, profitability, and utilization.
• Lead forecasting and planning efforts using historical data, statistical models, and market trends to optimize resources and support new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, streamline workflows, and align strategies.
• Organize and deliver training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and strengthen data visualization capabilities.

Person Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in data analysis and visualization, with strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations; hands-on exposure would be an added advantage.
• Strong forecasting and planning skills, with the ability to apply data-driven models for business planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across departments.
• Ability to initiate and enhance processes, fostering innovation and efficiency under tight deadlines.
• Quick learner with strong adaptability to new industries and operational environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights effectively.
