Customer Service Executive - Contact Center

We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Customer Service Executive - Contact Center for Worldspan Global Distribution System (GDS) at Mack Air. 


Job Responsibilities
  • Handling all calls and assisting all queries related to the product.
  • Direct coordination with Airlines on product related matters.
  • Direct communication with Regional Head Office on provisioning and support related matters.
  • Generating subscriber performance reports on Monthly basis.  
  • Maintaining Statistical Reports of GDS subscribers.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM.
Person Specifications
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in the Travel Trade, Airline and preferably with GDS background.
  • Exceptional Customer Service, Public Speaking and Presentation Skills. The candidate should be willing to handle customer queries (calls) with a positive mind, during and after usual business hours, as and when required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in Tamil would also be an advantage.
  • Through knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
