Job Responsibilities
-Monitor and maintenance of all balance sheet schedules and conduct timely balance sheet reviews
-Conduct surprise cash counts and monitor of monthly cash counts
-Coordinate with shared service center for management of vendors and processing of payments
-Prepare and maintenance of intercompany reconciliation
-Involve in preparation of annual budgets and reforecasts
-Tax management
-Involve in best estimates and month end closure
-Submission of management reports
-Engage in preparation and completion of annual audits
-Ensure compliance with all group (JKH), sector and company policies and procedures, Sri Lanka accounting standards, industry requirements, statutory and regulatory requirements
Person Specifications
-Partially or fully qualified in CIMA / ACCA
-Minimum 02-03 years work experience in a finance role
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Hands on experience in working with SAP ERP system would be an added advantage
