Executive - Human Resources

What you need to do

• Work with business leaders to identify workforce needs and drive recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain talent.
• Support employee training and development initiatives, track learning progress, and assist in building a culture of continuous improvement.
• Handle HRIS updates and ensure data accuracy, maintaining up-to-date employee information in the system.
• Ensure smooth HR operations by managing payroll, manpower planning, and cost reporting accurately and on time.
• Foster employee engagement by handling grievances, leading engagement initiatives, and conducting meaningful exit interviews.
• Ensure HR services are delivered in a digitalized environment at speed.
• Travel to multiple locations and work flexible hours as required.

What we are looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or an equivalent professional qualification (CIPM/SHRM).
• Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI and exposure to digital HR systems (HRIS) will be an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and work collaboratively with teams across all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of labor laws, health & safety standards, and HR best practices.
