Job Responsibilities

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing positive relationships with the travel trade, corporates, and other pertinent partners, whilst making dedicated efforts to acquire sales leads and enhance awareness of Cinnamon Air and its services. Additionally, the position requires a thorough analysis and review of revenue performance within the Travel Trade, Corporates, and other relevant sectors as well. You will also be responsible with endorsing and servicing both new and existing business, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of client services. Overall, the role demands a proactive approach to business development, client service, and strategic market analysis, including providing valuable market intelligence, offering insights on competition, trends, and opportunities to the management.

Person Specifications

The ideal candidate should have experience in sales with a proven ability to bring in new business, including visiting corporate customers. Proficiency in English and the capability to independently manage correspondence. The role demands the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, and to be a skilled negotiator and should be comfortable working under pressure. Possessing excellent interpersonal and time management skills is crucial and will contribute to the candidate's suitability for successfully navigating the responsibilities of the role.
