Executive Sales
The airline division of the John Keells Group comprises Mack Air (Pvt) Ltd, a limited liability company established in Colombo Sri Lanka in the year 1980. Encompassing one of the largest airline divisions within Sri Lanka, Mack Air represents some of the most renowned names in world aviation within Sri Lanka. With over four decades of experience, Mack Air (Pvt) Ltd has the honor of being the first General Sales Agent to have been awarded ISO 9001 certification within Sri Lanka. The company provides infrastructure, marketing, accounting, airport, and administrative support to all the principals currently represented.
Job Responsibilities
As an Executive – Sales, your primary responsibility will be to promote the airline's services, build relationships with clients, and implement sales strategies to drive sales, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, you will also analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth, while preparing reports and collaborating with teams and partners.
Person Specifications
The ideal candidate should have experience in a similar role, preferably within the airline or travel industry. Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools, are required. Familiarity with CRM software, excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong organizational abilities are essential for success in this role. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and a solid understanding of the airline industry and GSA operations will make you an excellent fit for this position.
