Job Responsibilities
• Lead client engagements to understand complex logistics and supply chain requirements, translating them into innovative, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client operations, leveraging data-driven insights to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement end-to-end warehouse and distribution strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals, industry best practices, and compliance standards.
• Develop comprehensive pricing models and financial proposals, balancing competitiveness with profitability and long-term value creation.
• Oversee solution design documentation, including process flows, SOPs ensuring clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions for data modeling, costing and scenario analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, IT, and business development teams to ensure seamless solution execution and client satisfaction.
• Present solutions and insights to senior client stakeholders with clarity and strategic foresight.
Person Specifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Fully or Partially Qualified in CIMA - strong financial and strategic planning capabilities.
• Experience in logistics solutions, costing or operations planning will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement and innovation.
