What you need to do:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates through strategic sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies to position the company as an employer of choice through job fairs, social media, and industry events.
- Design and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires and familiarize them with company policies and culture.
- Partner with HR and leadership to create job descriptions, plan workforce needs, and address hiring challenges.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards while keeping up with market trends to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with Application Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with operation team.
- Awareness of labor laws, recruitment best practices, and market trends.
