What You Need to Have:
- Proven experience in transportation management within the logistics industry.
- A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Technological proficiency with relevant transportation software and technology.
- Vehicle maintenance knowledge/experience to ensure fleet safety, compliance, and reduced downtime.
