Head of Marketing

We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and brand-focused individual to join us as Head of Marketing. This role will lead the marketing efforts across different business verticals specially on our Airline, Travel and Aviation businesses (Cinnamon Air, Mack Air and Mackinnons Travels), focusing on shaping distinctive brand identities, driving commercial success, and building customer loyalty through integrated marketing initiatives. The selected candidate will work closely with business leaders to craft and execute multi-channel strategies that fuel growth and elevate brand equity in highly competitive markets.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Define and drive brand positioning for Cinnamon Air (domestic airline), Mack Air (airline GSA), and Mackinnons (travel management), ensuring differentiation and relevance in the marketplace.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across B2B and B2C segments to support revenue growth, customer acquisition, and long-term brand building.
  • Lead the development of integrated campaigns across digital, print, trade, events, and PR channels.
  • Collaborate with international airline principals to align local marketing activities with global brand standards and co-branded campaigns.
  • Drive digital marketing and performance initiatives including SEO, paid media, social media, and analytics to enhance online presence and engagement.
  • Lead customer research and market analysis to generate actionable insights and guide marketing direction.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and creative partners to deliver consistent, high-impact messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Leverage synergies across brands to create cross-promotional opportunities and shared value.

Person Specifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (CIM or MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of strategic marketing experience, preferably in the aviation, travel, or hospitality industries.
  • Strong expertise in brand building, integrated campaign planning, and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing multiple brands and stakeholder groups.
  • Exposure to airline principal partnerships and marketing collaboration is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • A strategic mindset with a creative, commercially-driven approach to marketing.
