Logistics Executive

What you need to do
- Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee the flow of goods within the Distribution Center.
- Ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and reliability within the transport network.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate documentation.
- Lead cost-reduction initiatives in logistics and warehousing.
- Optimize workforce performance to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely completion of all operational and management reports with 100% accuracy.
- Enforce employee compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in transportation and warehouse management within the logistics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with transportation-related software and technology (an added advantage).
- Willingness to take on risks and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
