What you need to do
- Perform warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, checking, and dispatch activities according to operational requirements.
- Operate RDTs (Radio Data Terminals) and other warehouse systems to process orders, scan inventory, confirm transactions, and maintain accurate records.Verify material codes, descriptions, batch numbers, quantities, pallet IDs, and order details to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Conduct shipment checking, aisle audits, stock verification, and inventory-related activities to maintain inventory integrity.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS), Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Support overall warehouse efficiency by maintaining good housekeeping, safety standards, and operational discipline.
What We are Looking For
- Undergraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or relevant fields.
- Strong interest in logistics systems, process improvement, and digital tools.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- A proactive individual who is eager to learn and fully engage in system-related improvements.
