Job Responsibilities

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Manager – Human Resources who will champion diversity & inclusion, lead employer branding initiatives, nurture a strong organizational culture, and drive a high-performance environment. This role will also provide strategic oversight and operational support to ensure our HR practices align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee HR operations, ensuring policies and processes support growth and employee satisfaction.
  • Lead and implement Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategies across the sector.
  • Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Drive initiatives to foster a performance-driven culture focused on results and accountability.
  • Lead organizational culture transformation programs aligned with business goals.
  • Provide strategic HR support to leadership while guiding teams on talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Monitor and improve employee engagement, well-being, and retention strategies.

Person Specifications

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience driving DE&I initiatives, Employer Branding, performance management, and cultural transformation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in HR operations, organizational development, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
