Operation Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Plan & implement the ITV Operation to best suit the requirement of the client.
• Plan and manage operator rosters to ensure sufficient coverage for operations.
• Ensure OH&S plans are in place and execute the same to meet the set targets.
• Ensure operators adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure all operational and other KPIs and efficiency parameters are met.
• Serve as a liaison among the client team, port authorities, and internal teams for seamless communication. 
• Act as the primary point of contact for operators during ITV operations.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by operators promptly.
• Ensure productive utilization of ITV operators within the scope and identify area for improvement.
• Continuously monitor operations parameters and provide management reports.
• Ensure compliance with all group (JKH), sector and company policies and procedures, Sri Lanka accounting standards, industry requirements, statutory and regulatory requirements.

Person Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Full or part qualification in NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH will be an added advantage
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an operational or similar role.
• Strong understanding of OH&S regulations and practices in an industrial set up. 
• Hands on experience in managing front line worker levels with proven people management skills. 
• Analytical Mindset, detail-oriented, individually driven person who can work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Physical and mental fitness.
