Mackinnons Travels (Pvt.) Limited was established in 1971 and gained International Air Transport Association (IATA) status in 1976. The company is a subsidiary of one of the largest conglomerates in Sri Lanka, the John Keells Group. MTL provides its customers with outbound travel related services which includes issuing of air tickets, hotel reservations, holiday packages, assistance in visa formalities to name a few.
Job Responsibilities
We are secking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive / Sales Excutive to join our New Business Development team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identilying new business opportunites. As a Sales Executive, you will represent our brand, promoting our products and services whie ensuring exceptional oustomer satistaction. Reporting to the Head of Growth & Stsngy, you will play a vital role in achieving sales targets, developing strategic plans, and enhancing Mackinnons Travels' market presence.
Person Specifications
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual with relevant experience in sales preferably within the travel or related industries. You should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, coupled with a sales-driven mindset and a customer-focused approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and a knack for competitor analysis and strategic planning are essential.
