Transport Specialist

What you need to do
- Plan and execute transport operations.
- Handle the documentation associated with transport operations.
- Source and deploy vehicles to meet operational needs.
- Carry out vehicle inspections to guarantee safety and compliance.
- Efficiently coordinate and communicate with drivers.
- Ensure smooth customer experience through effective coordination.
- Fulfill various transportation needs to meet diverse customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental guidelines in accordance with OHSAS and ISO standards.
What we are looking for
- Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong people management and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and supervise operational teams effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Inclination towards data analytics with a data-driven mindset.
- Sound knowledge of vehicle maintenance coordination, including conducting physical vehicle inspections and clearly communicating maintenance requirements with relevant teams/workshops.
- Experience in handling invoicing and related documentation processes accurately and efficiently.
