Job Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, coordinate, and oversee the flow of goods within the Distribution Center.
- Optimize space utilization, allocate manpower effectively, and manage resources efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate documentation.
- Lead initiatives to reduce costs in logistics and warehousing.
- Focus on optimizing workforce performance.
- Ensure timely completion of operational and management reports with 100% accuracy.
- Enhance decision-making through accurate reporting.
- Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Person Specifications
- Prior experience in distribution center management or similar experience is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in leadership, interpersonal relations, time management, and communication.
- Strong collaborative abilities.
- Proclivity towards data analytics and a data-driven mindset.
