The Job Role:
The person will be responsible to oversee end-to-end management of on boarding and separation process of all employees within the organization. Manage and administer organization's human resources information systems (HRIS) and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities to ensure the organization's HR data is accurate.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Perform ground work and contribute in the management of the entire life cycle of the recruiting processes for graduates and interns - internal approval processes, candidate management, interview process, feedback, and on-boarding of new hires by ensuring best candidate experience
- Liaise and connect with hiring managers to ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner
- Ensure the smooth operations of the onboarding process including taking necessary action to ensure that all employee profiles are created prior to inducting new recruits, creation of staff IDs and creation of personal file
- Arrange and manage new hire orientation sessions and solve the queries of new hires and help them understand the organization’s policies and procedure
- Execute the separation process for employees, including conducting exit interviews and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
- Perform the daily operations of the HRIS system and ensure its effective use by all users
- Prepare and update HR analytics and dashboards to support data-driven decision making
- Maintain all employee changes accurately and carry out necessary actions such as; issue of letters on promotions, transfers, redesignations and making relevant changes to the HRIS system
- Issue Service Letters and attending to other employee letter requests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee on-boarding and separation
- Support HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including data privacy and security regulations
Qualifications and Experience
- 2 years' experience in the field of HR is preferable.
- Undergoing a degree / professional qualification from a reputed university/ institute
- Sound knowledge in employee onboarding and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Highly ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work under minimum supervision, multi-task and work under pressure
- Impeccable attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
