The Job Role:

 

The person will be responsible to implement department action plan for executing the product positioning, launching, and supporting day-to-day activities in developing communication campaigns and content development.

 

Principle Accountabilities:

 

  • Plan and align product marketing activities (Campaigns and programs) to the company's product pipeline and channel requirements.
  • Execute the product lifecycle, including the development and market launch of the product.
  • Lead the development of product marketing materials for customers and coordinating with relevant creative agencies for such requirements.
  • Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and PowerPoint presentations to drive product adaptation through various channels.
  • Ensure all product related communication contents/materials are developed and disseminated to channels upon securing sign offs from relevant stakeholders and adhering to IRCSL guidelines.
  • Ensure the product pages on the corporate website are up-to-date and make relevant changes accordingly
  • Support for all relevant work with regard to product campaigns.
  • Prepare competitor analysis to track Union Assurance competitive position and research the market trends, analyze gaps in terms of the current products and prepare reports/MIS.
  • Prepare a marketing budget vs. expense variance report.
  • Maintaining relationship with distribution channels and other key stakeholders.
  • Coordinating and communicating with the team members within the department.

                                                                                                                                                                              

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University in Business Administration or equivalent discipline.
  • Relevant full/part qualification in recognized professional institute will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 4+ years of overall experience.
  • Understanding on the product launch and marketing campaigns.
  • The ideal candidate should demonstrate creativity and innovation, maintain a strong focus on quality, and excel in planning and execution.
  • Strong adaptability, work under pressure and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
