The Job Role:

The person will be responsible for providing operational support to the branches across Union Assurance by engaging with them on a continuous basis.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Engaging with branches on a continuous basis and ensure their operations are conducted accurately and smoothly.
• Ensuring branches are operating within the scope & standards set by the organization as well as the stipulated guidelines of the Branch Financial Manual.
• Acting as the intermediary between the Agency channel & Finance, Audit & Compliance, Logistics, HR Departments & act as the key contact point in facilitating internal/ external audit & compliance requirements for Agency channel.
• Monitoring the audit & compliance processes as per the scope set for the channels.
• Assessing audit observations that will lead towards non-compliance whilst ensuring the due implementation of necessary corrective & preventive measures
• Responding to the ticketing needs raised by the branches and address them

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Full/ part qualification in recognized professional institute will be an added advantage.
• 06 – 08 years of experience in Operations role or related role.
• Sound knowledge on insurance business and operations.
• Excellent interpersonal, networking and problem solving skills.
• Strong adaptability, work under pressure and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
