The Job Role:

 

The person will be responsible to lead the recruitment of new insurance agents for Union Assurance by establishing effective recruitment activations

 

Principle Accountabilities:

 

  • Participating in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality insurance agents.
  • Gathering agent recruitment requirements from the regions and design recruitment activation campaigns to achieve the targeted numbers.
  • Roll out/ implement recruitment activation campaigns to drive the desired recruitment target.
  • Generating leads for new business conversions, implement multi-platform brand activation initiatives.
  • Planning and leading the execution of recruitment seminars and screen potential candidates to determine if they meet the requirements for the position and potential fit with the company culture.
  • Providing support to the onboarding process by ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, communication and status in the recruitment process
  • Managing and track the cost for the recruitment activations and prepare reports on the same.
  • Staying abreast with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the agent recruitment and onboarding process.

 

 

 

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University. MBA or equaliant qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Full/ part qualification in recognized professional institute will be an added advantage.
  • 08 -10 years of experience in managing the Agency distribution Domain with proven experience in managing teams.
  • Hands on experience and in-depth knowledge in recruitments.
  • Excellent planning and execution, relationship management and good communication skills.
  • Strong adaptability, work under pressure and capacity to work in fast-paced environment.
