Assistant Manager – Business Transformation Analyst

The Job Role:

The person will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data analytics initiatives that drive business growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability. The role will collaborate closely with business and technology teams to identify analytics opportunities, deliver impactful use cases, and transform data-driven insights into measurable business outcomes.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Lead and drive analytics initiatives that support business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact analytics opportunities across key business functions, including Agency, Bancassurance, Operations, Underwriting, Claims, and Customer Service.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions to enable informed decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights and practical analytics solutions.
• Build analytical models that improve sales performance, productivity, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to enhance data quality, availability, and accessibility.
• Ensure analytics projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
• Foster a data-driven culture and encourage the use of analytics across the organization.
• Conduct training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen analytics awareness and capability.
• Establish and promote analytics standards, best practices, and methodologies.
• Measure success through business adoption, productivity improvements, cost savings, revenue generation, data quality enhancements, stakeholder satisfaction, and timely project delivery

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications or certifications in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or related disciplines will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence.
• Proven experience in delivering analytics or digital transformation projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in financial services or insurance will be an advantage.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business problems into data solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, analytical, and communication skills.
