The Job Role:

The person will be responsible to drive the capacity planning, MIS reporting & performance monitoring activities for Bancassurance, including capacity planning and MIS preparation to enable the achievement of long-term strategic goals.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Manage the forecasting and capacity planning process for the Bancassurance Channel as per the established guidelines
• Ensure the channel budgets are planned and managed driving optimum utilization by evaluating actuals against budget/ forecast and prior year
• Develop performance dashboards to identify most profitable insurance product/channel/zone
• Prepare consolidated performance dashboard for all the Partners Bank and share with stakeholders
• Maintain and track historical data and ensure accuracy and availability as per business needs
• Manage average incentive data for partner banks and IROs
• Design and develop periodic analytical dashboards across channels with actionable insights required and present to senior leadership
• Contribute to and drive continuous process improvement initiatives like MI Dashboards etc. to meet business needs
• Winner evaluation and arranging payment in a timely manner
• Ensure process adherence as per MOU

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University in Business Administration or equivalent discipline and Master’s in general management or any related field.
• 06 – 08 years of experience in business planning or related role.
• Sound knowledge on Microsoft office packages (Advanced technical knowledge in Microsoft Excel.)
• Excellent interpersonal, networking and analytical skills.
• Strong adaptability, work under pressure and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
