The Job Role:

The individual will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of data analytics and AI solutions that support business growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability. The role will work closely with business and technology teams to identify opportunities, deliver analytics and AI use cases, and translate data-driven insights into measurable business outcomes.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Identify and prioritize data analytics opportunities across distribution, operations, underwriting, claims, customer service, and other business functions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into actionable analytics and reporting solutions.
• Develop analytical models to improve sales performance, productivity, customer insights, retention, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and business impact of analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to improve data quality, availability, and accessibility.
• Ensure analytics projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
• Support the execution of the organization's AI transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Identify and develop Generative AI and Agentic AI use cases across the insurance value chain.
• Partner with business teams to assess opportunities, define AI use cases, and develop business cases.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement and deploy AI solutions.
• Monitor AI solution performance, adoption, and business outcomes while ensuring compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a data-driven culture by conducting training, sharing best practices, and supporting the development of analytics and AI capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications or certifications in Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, or related disciplines will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 02-03 Years in Senior Executive capacity/relevant experience, with 6+ years overall experience.
• Proven experience in delivering analytics, AI, or digital transformation projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in financial services or insurance industry will be an advantage.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business problems into data and AI solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, project management, analytical, and communication skills.
