Assistant Manager - Finance & Planning

The Job Role:

The person will be responsible to support in Company Strategy and planning process, executing financial analysis, forecasting, and preparation of management reports.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of the company’s strategy and planning processes.
• Provide detailed operational and financial performance analysis for presentation to the Board of Directors and Senior Management.
• Prepare and analyze financial data to support forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to facilitate decision-making.
• Support the preparation of the Company’s annual report non-financial segment.
• Prepare monthly management information (MI) analysis and conduct industry benchmarking.
• Lead cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing process efficiencies and automating workflows.
• Prepare product and channel-specific Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and present findings to channel leads.
• Prepare budget utilization reports on a monthly basis.
• Assist in ad-hoc management reports as needed for decision making

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/business/ economics/ mathematics.
• Qualification from a recognized professional institute is essential (ACCA//CFA/CIMA)
• Minimum 02-03 years of experience in similar level with overall 5+ years of overall experience.
• Knowledge of financial management and analysis, Forecasting Techniques.
• Advanced Excel, power point presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills and growth mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
