The Job Role:
The person will be Leading the training endeavors for IROs and Bank Partners and ensure the delivery of robust training program for them.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan for the IROs and Bank Partners
- Supervise training needs analysis (TNA) and identify training gaps for IROs
- Design and develop training content for product and soft skills training for IROs and Bank Partners as required
- Deliver high-impact training sessions for senior IROs and critical bank partners
- Lead the induction and onboarding of new IROs within the Bancassurance function
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Monitor and track training attendance and progress of IROs and bank partners
- Liaise with the Learning Academy on various training metrics, such as; number of trainings conducted, number of induction programs, number of IROs covered and training effectiveness
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure training is effectively meeting their needs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and training across the organization
- Keep up to date with industry developments and new training techniques
- Work closely with the sales team to identify training needs and provide support for achieving sales targets
- Manage training budgets and resources effectively and ensure all training activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide regular reports on training activities and progress to senior management
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in management/business administration or any relevant discipline from a recognized University and an MBA or equivalent qualification.
- 05 to 07 years of overall experience in the learning & development domain with at least 03 – 04 years in a capacity of a Senior Executive..
- Full/Part qualification from a recognized professional institute will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge in creating and delivering learning and development programs
- Expertise in learning principles and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to liaise with internal teams and the external vendors and consultants.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, foster innovation, and build robust networks to drive impactful collaborations and organizational growth
