The Job Role:
The person will be responsible to provide support on the day-to-day delivery management and program management for customer experience applications.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Implement customer life cycle and life operations-related front-end digital systems supporting external usage applications such as Clicklife engagement features, Clicklife self services, Direct to consumer products
- Responsible for the day-to-day delivery management and program management for customer experience apps
- Participate in the development and deployment of digital systems at every stage of the project phase
- Support the implementation of customer applications life cycle and front-end digital systems
- Provide assistance to execute projects, update the schedule, and highlight anomalies
- Follow the guidelines, standards, methodology, and processes during the execution of projects
- Collaborate with vendors, and other IT personnel from Security, Risk, and Compliance, Source System experts, QA, and the Data Centre on project objectives
- Document and maintain technical support procedures and user manuals to ensure that they are up-to-date and accurate
- Execute the project life cycle from requirements to implementation
- Document changes and modifications to application features and other technical specifications
- Ensure successful delivery of projects on-time, within budget, and within scope
- Assist in the timely implementation of software development practices and other IT best practices
- Document concerns with respect to systems, security, and audit issues pertaining to digital systems as per the SLAs and seek guidance to resolve them
- Update the vendor list and the terms agreed for the delivery
- Prepare, update, and track the schedule of integration of digital channels to enable a digital sales experience.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in Senior Executive capacity with 08+ years overall experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, Experience in working with ebao PAS data structures.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality outcomes and efficient resolution of complex challenges
- Adaptability, work under pressure and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
