The Job Role:
The person will be responsible to devise dynamic sales strategies to drive growth by developing plans, setting regional targets, and strengthening partnerships with banks. Innovate to maximize collaboration, ensuring mutual success for Union Assurance and its bank partners.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Devise innovate means to utilize and work with the bank partner to enhance sales growth and create a win-win for both the bank partner and Union Assurance
- Regularly work with the key personnel and stakeholders of the bank to understand their customer needs and product needs
- Track the sales performance of the bank partner in different zones, regions and product types; additionally devise plans.
- Ensure all deliverables and targets discussed at monthly meetings are achieved, taking in account that the customer satisfaction rate is meeting or exceeding the expectations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is high, further ensure that customer complaints and customer service provisions are arranged and working as per expected levels.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with the bank partner.
- Devise strategies by collaborating with the zonal and region managers to understand new sales opportunities to cross sell and upsell.
- Manage a sales team of zonal managers to support our existing partnership sales objectives and develop a pipeline of new opportunities
- Analyze market trends and examine data to identify opportunities to improve the sales.
- Oversee the marketing and promotional activities planned for the bank partner and take regular updates on the effectiveness of the marketing activities.
- Ensure all areas of existing partnership SLA's and other contractual objectives including compliance are met and actively managed.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is an added advantage
- Minimum 03-04 Years in Manager level, with 12+ years overall experience. Proven experience in managing large sales teams to drive assigned targets.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a dynamic and competitive market.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, communication skills.
- Strong adaptability, work under pressure and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
