Executive – Channel Operations

The Job:

The person will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the bancassurance sales team and ensuring that the operation of the channel is smooth and efficient.

Key Accountability:

• Track and monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management on key metrics such as sales conversion rates, customer satisfaction and sales productivity.
• Ensure all the proposals are converted to policies before the month ends & minimize pending proposals to achieve the channel targets.
• Provide prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries and complaints related to insurance products and services by coordinating with respective departments.
• Ensure all the deposit transfers are updated to system accurately and in timely manner 
• Update and maintain all Dashboards in accurate and timely manner
• Manage the documentation of marketing materials requirements, operation of the bancassurance and standard operating procedures
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are in compliance with regulatory requirements and highlight risks associated with bancassurance operations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Administration or any other relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in channel operations/Administration  is preferred.
• Previous work experience in the insurance industry would be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Self-motivated individual with ability to work in a team-based environment.
