The Job:

The person will be responsible to provide operational and administrative support to the bancassurance sales team, ensure that the bancassurance operations runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Accountability:

• Ensure all the proposals are converted to policies before the month end & minimize pending proposals.
• Serving as a liaison between the bank and the Company, fostering effective communication and synergy between their teams.
• Generating and providing essential management reports and information to various stakeholders, including the sales force (IROs), company supervision staff (RMs, ZMs, Top Management), and the bank.

• Provide prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries and complaints related to insurance products and services
• Track and monitor sales performance and providing regular reports to management on key metrics such as sales conversion rates, customer satisfaction and sales productivity.
• Ensure all the deposit transfers are updated to system accurately in timely manner 
• Update and maintain all Dashboards in accurate and timely manner
• Manage the documentation of marketing materials requirements, operation of the bancassurance program and standard operating procedures
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are in compliance with regulatory requirements and highlight risks associated with bancassurance operations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, or Marketing
• Minimum 2 -3 years’ experience in channel operations is preferred.
• Previous work experience in the insurance industry would be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi task and work under pressure
• Self-motivated individual with ability to work in a team-based environment
