The Job Role:
The person will be responsible drive the capacity planning, MIS reporting & performance monitoring activities for Bancassurance, including capacity planning and MIS preparation to enable the achievement of long-term strategic goals
Principle Accountabilities:
- Ensure the channel budgets are planned, managed and driving optimum utilization by evaluating actuals against budget/ forecast of the previous year.
- Develop performance dashboards to identify most profitable insurance product/channel
- Prepare consolidated performance dashboard for all the Partners and share with stakeholders
- Maintain and track historical data and ensure accuracy and availability as per business needs
- Manage average incentive/commission data for partners and brokers
- Competition analysis and arranging the payments on time
- Design and develop periodic analytical dashboards across channels with actionable insights required and presenting to the senior leadership
- Contribute for driving continuous process improvement initiatives like MI Dashboards& reports to meet business needs.
Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree from any discipline from a recognized university
- Minimum 2+ years of overall experience in planning, sales support,administration or related role preferably from insurance industry.
- Strong planning and organizing with exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Impeccable attention to detail.
