Executive – DTA Operations

The Job:

The person will be responsible to coordinate and facilitate with all stake holders to ensure the smooth functioning of DTA business 

Key Accountability:

• Issuance of quotations within the agreed SLA’s
• Processing the cover confirmations
• Processing of DTA claims
• Sharing the DTA commission report with the respective banks
• Sending of DTA e-policy documents with the required clients
• Servicing all aspects of DTA business

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Administration or 
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Self-motivated individual with ability to work in a team-based environment
