The Job:
The person will be responsible for leading and delivering data driven insights that drive decision making across sales, UW, Ops, Actuarial, Banca, Marketing and Customer experience functions.
Key Accountability:
- Develop a clear and compelling data driven vision for the business, around the application and use of data, with a clear road map to deliver on this vision.
- Ensure that there is a clear vision for data and insights generations in place throughout the customer journey from prospecting to Maturity.
- Ensure that there is a clear vision for data and insights generations in place throughout the Agent/IRO onboarding to activity management to termination.
- Support business teams to deliver incremental value to the business through data analytics projects.
- Work closely with OCTAVE team on Data analytics related projects.
- Identify use cases with high impact to the business and convert such cases into value
- Build Data Analytics pipeline
- Ongoing/continuous review of existing data analytics projects
- Identify use case which can improve efficiency and reduce cost
- Represent UA in Data Analytic Steer co
- Continuously evaluate the success of use cases to measure the benefit to the company
- Develop relationships with business units to implement/drive data analytics related projects.
- Identify patterns, opportunities, and risks from data and recommend actionable strategies to management.
- Onboard and measure projects with clear financial value to the business and continuous evaluation of ROI
- (VNB,GWP,etc)
- Manage end to end delivery of strategic transformation projects.
- Drive process improvement project initiatives across business units.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement change initiatives.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize channel effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Act as a key advisor to senior leadership on business development and transformation matters
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning and innovation initiatives
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 03-04 Years in Assistant Manager, with 10+ years overall experience in Project Management.
- Proven expertise in Project Management and strong Analytical Skills.
- Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
- Exceptional Problem-Solving abilities, and solid Business Acumen
