The Job

 

Provide operational support to the Head of Bancassurance to ensure smooth operation of the Bancassurance division.  

 

Principle Accountability:

 

  • Collaborate with the relevant channel managers and marketing team to execute the finalized customer seminar calendar of respective banks.
  • Support and lead the cross functional team in driving other customer activations and events and support in Marketing collateral deployment (POSM, Branch branding, need trigger brochures, updating product brochures and ensuring deployment etc.)
  • Support team with execution of agreed online marketing strategy execution by liaising between the bank and internal team. 
  • Once product/propositions are finalized for each customer segment/Bank, liaising with relevant departments to handle new product development critical path end to end and liaising with product development committee for product roll out.
  • Obtaining ongoing feedback from sales teams and bank partners on product recommendations, evaluation of same along with final recommendation and ongoing market/competitor analysis of bancassurance products
  • Support in handling all business development matters relating to Bancassurance unit, including all bank digital integrations / initiatives (in collaboration with IT) and customer Segment penetration related initiatives and renewal Unit implementation and roll out.
  •  Address any significant internal IT-related projects beyond the typical day-to-day tasks.
  • Support HOB in driving the critical path and support in development of pitch decks and other marketing collateral.
  • Coordinating with relevant departments and ensuring delivery of MOUs / Agreements within stipulated timeframes.
  • Ongoing research on Bancassurance market trends and best practices with quarterly updates and recommendations on business development activities.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years overall experience and minimum 1+ year experience in handling business projects. 
  • A degree or diploma from a recognized university or institute is required, while partial or full qualification from a recognized professional institute would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Strong analytical skills, an ability of focus on quality
  • Highly ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic personality
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision, multi-task and work under pressure
