The Job

 

The role holder will be responsible for managing the performance management cycle; execution of Compensation and benefit policies; risk and compliance management; monthly MI requirement of the function in order to ensure the smooth HR operations within the limits of Group Guidelines, budgets, timelines and the overall HR stragey.

 

Principal Accountabilities

 

  • Responsible for maintaining/ updating compensation and benefit structures based on job roles and conducting periodic compensation surveys to identify market competitiveness.  Design relevant policies and procedures when required.
  • Responsible for managing the performance management process for the company, up to the conclusion of the level wise CCMs, compelting post CCM actions, IN ORDER TO ensure that the company objectives are aligned with the team and individual goals, while promoting a performance driven culture
  • Identify needs for Performance Improvement Plans at individual levels as well as team level through PMS / using appropriate tools and designing, developing and implementing the same in order to help the business achieve its short term and long term goals.
  • Ensure the data and operation on HRIS are accurate and reliable. Responsible for maintaining HR Dashboards, work force analytics and reporting HR data in order to understand the impact of HR metrics on overall business performance
  • Preparing the reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership. Leverage analytical tools to bring in insights for creating impact in the space of performance management, compensation analysis, attrition etc.
  • Responsible for preparing the HR budgets, analyzing financial information and close monitoring of the same to effectively manage the resources to work in a productive way.

 

Candidate Profile

 

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree/ Professional qualification in human resources.
  • Full/Part qualification in finance with an MBA can be an added advantage.
  • Familiar in designing Reward Programs, digital transformation of HR operations, rolling out performance management framework for a dynamic organization.
  • Sound knowledge in labor regulations and tax schemes prevalent in the country.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
