Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition

The Job Role:

 

The person will be responsible for fulfilling the hiring requirements for the Bancassurance business by identifying and sourcing candidates that fit the need of the business.

 

Principle Accountabilities:

 

  • Execute hiring for Bancassurance based on annual talent acquisition strategy for Union Assurance
  • Provide input for the development of the recruitment strategy and framework for the organization, including recruitment process, sources, assessment tools and screening criteria
  • Coordinate with Bancassurance stakeholders and support recruitment activities
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Compile lists of most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
  • Execute employer branding strategies, execute employer value proposition strategy
  • Participate in negotiation of employment contracts of new hires
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, vendors and build relationships with prestigious institutions and participate in hiring processes 
  • Prepare and provide reports to hiring managers on a timely basis regarding status relating to all vacancies
  • Collaborate with respective managers and seek feedback from hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation, establish rapport and gauge morale
  • Handle other recruitments as per the task assigned by the management

 

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • A bachelor’s degree from a recognized University in Business Administration/Management/Human Resources or equivalent discipline.
  • Full/ Part qualification in recognized professional institute will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in the relevant capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and networking skills.
  • Strong adaptability, work under pressure and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
