Senior Manager – Corporate Channel

The Job

The person will be responsible for driving the corporate sales strategy and achieving revenue targets, lead a high-performance sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Key Accountability

• Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives and identify new business opportunities.
• Recruiting, training, and managing high performance corporate sales team by setting clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders and work closely with the team to understand client needs and meet solutions.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and expand existing accounts and drive revenue growth by meeting exceeding sales targets.
• Utilize analytical skills to assess sales performance, conduct regular analysis of sales metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate the success of the corporate sales team and provide regular reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is an added adavantage
• Proven experience in a senior sales management role, with a focus on corporate sales is essential
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a dynamic and competitive market.
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, communication and writing skills.
• Strong adaptability, work under pressure and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
