The Job Role:
The person will be responsible to convert leads, build client relationships and implement sales strategies to achieve the sales targets.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Converting leads received from various partners and build strong client relationships to enhance trust and conversions.
- Scheduling client appointments, conduct financial needs analysis, and offer tailored insurance solutions to satisfy the customer needs.
- Proactively identifying and sourcing new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Implementing sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Educating clients on product benefits, addressing queries, and to provide after sales services ensure customer satisfaction.
- Focusing on policy retention and renewals through consistent follow-up and client support.
Qualifications and Experience
- A go getter with a can-do attitude
- Excellent command in English and Sinhala. Ability to speak in Tamil would be a definite advantage.
- A degree /higher diploma in sales, Marketing or any equivalent qualification would be an added advantage.
- The ideal candidate should have at least 2 - 3 years of experience in sales or sales-related field.
