The Job role

• Conduct and facilitate induction, technical, behavioral, and soft-skills training programs through classroom, virtual, and on-the-job learning methods.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the smooth execution of learning initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support learning and development objectives.
• Support learning and development activities by identifying training needs and developing relevant training content, materials, and learning solutions.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance details, and learning databases while ensuring timely reporting and documentation.
• Monitor training effectiveness, analyze participant feedback, and prepare reports to drive continuous improvement in learning programs.
• Travel across the country, when required, to conduct training programs, support business initiatives, and engage with stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, employee development, engagement, and compliance with mandatory training requirements.

The Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or any other relevant discipline. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.)
• Passion for training, learning and development, and employee growth.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel across Sri Lanka when required for training and business-related activities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to understand, influence, and build rapport with individuals at all levels.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic corporate environment.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to personal and professional development.
