Assistant Manager - Sales

We are on the lookout for a sales professional with experience in real estate, property sales, channel sales or high-value customer-facing sales to drive sales for the company’s real estate portfolio by managing customer leads and driving sales conversions. 

 

Job Profile:

 

You will be responsible for driving sales conversions through effective lead management, timely customer follow-ups, and site visits, while also building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will also be responsible for continuous monitoring of market trends and competitor activity. You will provide direction and support in executing sales activations, customer events, and promotional campaigns, ensuring strong market engagement.

 

You will ensure timely and accurate updates across CRM systems, sales pipelines, customer interactions, and reporting. In addition, you will work closely with marketing, legal, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey from inquiry to closure, while also guiding and motivating the sales team to enhance performance and strengthen customer engagement.

 

 

Personal Profile:

 

The ideal candidate is expected to have prior experience in property sales, real estate, housing, apartments, banking, leasing, insurance, automobile sales, or other high-value sales environments. The role requires a target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently while also leading a team, and prior experience in managing a sales team would be considered an added advantage. You are expected to bring strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with a solid understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.

 

 

The role also requires a willingness to travel and actively engage with customers across suburban project locations. A degree or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field would be considered an added advantage.
